Production Technology
The lightweight fabric is constructed from imported 25D ultra fine yarn, reducing the overall weight while enhancing its durability. The jacket is filled with high quality Hungarian goose down, boasting rating 800 fluffiness and 1000 cleanliness. It utilizes a direct fill design and a scientific lightweightdown fillprocess, ensuring it is both lightweight and warm. The seamless glue pressing technology and professional down leakproof sewing techniques effectively prevent down leakage.
Design Challenge
The primary challenge encountered in this project centred on achieving a harmonious balance between lightweight design and effective warmth. This was accomplished through a scientific lightweightdown fillprocess, which strategically partitioned the interior of the down jacket and dynamically distributed varying amounts of goose down according to the specific thermal requirements of each section, reducing the overall weight of the jacket while maintaining ample warmth.
Operation Flow
The down jacket is constructed from a proprietary lightweight fabric. It boasts multifunctional attributes such as antidust, antistatic, waterproof, oilproof, and antistain properties, simplifying daily maintenance and enhancing fabric durability, thereby accommodating the demands of outdoor activities.
Research
The brand draws from over 30 years of shirting expertise, which has been instrumental in shaping the design of this shirt style down jacket. By integrating ergonomics, the jacket is tailored to conform to the body contours, providing a comfortable and enveloping wearing experience. Moreover, the design team has skillfully adapted the classic H shaped shirt design to the structure of the down jacket, accommodating a diverse range of body shapes.
Inspiration
Diverging from conventional bulky down jackets, the shirt style down jacket is designed to accommodate various body shapes, featuring a simple and sleek H shape that creates a lightweight and simplistic visual effect. This design enables the wearer to project a professional image even in cold weather, aligning with contemporary aesthetic preferences and allowing versatile clothing pairings.
