Production Technology
The design uses the DuPont Sorona bio based fiber, 37 percent of which comes from renewable plant sources like corn sugar. Its 3D crimp structure forms stable air pockets to lock in heat, and an intelligent thermal regulating fiber system ensures comfort from minus 5 degrees Celsius to 15 degrees Celsius. Hollow fibers with low density cut fabric weight by about 30 percent compared to conventional cotton jackets. A durable water repellent finish and taped critical seams prevent water penetration.
Design Challenge
To unite outdoor protection with urban aesthetics, this collection uses the DuPont Sorona bio based fiber for high resilience, softness, skin friendliness, and durability. Pre shrinking and high temperature calendering create a subtle crinkle texture that enhances quality and wrinkle resistance. A relaxed H line cut with dropped shoulders offers ease of movement and an effortless look, refined by clean seam lines and contrast topstitching to add dimension and harmonize functionality with style.
Project Duration
The team kicked off design and development for this collection in Huzhou, Zhejiang, China on May 1, 2023, and wrapped it up on December 31, 2025.
Operation Flow
The integrated hood boosts volume and coziness, finished with a soft elastic binding that seals out wind. A gently tapered hem improves body proportions and features hidden drawcords for an adjustable fit across different body shapes, striking a balance between outdoor protection and everyday slimming appeal. Hidden pockets hold essentials without compromising clean aesthetics or practicality.

Designed to balance warmth and lightness, this collection uses the DuPont Sorona bio based fabric for high resilience, softness, lightweight comfort, and effective insulation. Optimized fill and tailoring create a feel as light and comfortable as a cloud. Combined with a durable water repellent finish, taped seams, and wrinkle resistance, the design ensures versatile adaptability across diverse scenarios, whether navigating city life or exploring the great outdoors.
Inspiration
Traditional cotton jackets force a compromise. Greater insulation means heavier fill, causing bulk and restricted movement. Lighter designs, in contrast, tend to lack adequate warmth. This collection resolves the conflict by using the DuPont Sorona bio based fiber, an innovative construction, and refined craftsmanship. It ensures warmth and lightness while delivering wind resistance and durable water repellency in changing conditions, offering a more comfortable, stylish winter wear experience.
