Production Technology
Based on carbon nanometer fabric, with high light absorption rate, it is combined with densely arranged voids and lamellar structure, and can achieve the effect of fast-time full-spectrum absorption of light energy and thermal energy by interweaving with 80S Xinjiang long-staple cotton, warming up in 3 seconds. It is 30% quicker than that of conventional fabrics, and its temperature after heating for 20 minutes is 28% higher than that of conventional fabrics, belonging to aerospace technology fabrics.
Design Challenge
Breaking through the traditional quilting structure, it adopts 3D aviation cabin design on the upper layer, and uses 4D-BOX IGLOO temperature storage box technology on the lower layer with staggered structure,which can prevent the intrusion of cold air and the diffusion of heat, so as to make it warmer. According to principles of ergonomic heat-gathering internal circulation, the quilt has 324 micro-force angles, which achieves 180° infinite bending and is more suitable for human body, warm and seamless.

Research
Adopted carbon light sanding process, the softness coefficient is increased by 20% with air flapping process, making fabric more drapey and smooth, and fully fluffy from yarn to fabric, so as to store more air, which is not only warmer to bring users a feeling of being gently wrapped on it, but also allow users to enjoy a deep sleep experience with zero pressure, so that they can truly appreciate the comfort and relaxation both on body and mind.
Inspiration
Its sandwich down lock structure divides the quilt into two layers to form a circulating energy storage space. The central space is used to guide the air direction in order to reduce the loss of warm air. The 4.5cm gold pleated lining is 80% higher than the conventional lining, creating a fluffier environment, which greatly improves warm effect. Under the same capacity of heat preservation, its weight is only about 1/2 of the silk quilt and 1/3 of the cotton quilt.
