Fine Jewelry Ring for Tippy Taste Jewelry
This ring is inspired by the boldness of New York City. It is handcrafted in 14K yellow gold. Featuring a custom trillion cut natural rock crystal and natural diamonds. Holes were drilled into the rock crystal in order to allow the top pave piece to be affixed to it. This was done to create a unique perspective to traditional designs.

Unique Properties
This ring is made in 14K yellow gold and features a custom cut trillion cut natural rock crystal. A triangle piece filled with tiny pave diamonds is affixed onto the rock crystal, almost looking like a diamond shield. Measurements have to be precise in order for the top metal shield to fit the surface of the rock crystal.

Production Technology
First a ring setting was drawn on paper and transferred to the computer to create a computer model. The design was then casted and a raw rock crystal was cut to fit the setting. The top surface of the rock crystal was measured in order to create the top metal piece filled with diamonds. Once the diamonds are set, the top piece is affixed to the rock crystal by drilling holes on the surface of the gemstone. The rock crystal and the metal piece is then joined together.

Inspiration
This design is inspired by the bold characteristics of New York City. Like the city, this ring portrays courage, love and vulnerability. Rock crystal is used as its name represent the "rock" city of New York- buildings cover the whole city.

Rockefeller Rock Crystal Diamond Fine Jewelry Ring has been a Bronze winner in the Jewelry Design award category in the year 2021 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition.
