Production Technology

After sketching from multiple angles of human body, 3D sculpture technology was used to complete human body modeling. After the gold casting precision work, adjust the position of gem setting, finished products

Design Challenge

The human form needs to be vivid and conceptual. We abandon facial features and hair, and create the image of "human" with more pure skull shape and body shape. The delicate parts of the limbs require high precision for mold holding, and polishing, welding and other processes need to be more careful.

Project Duration

The project started in January 2019 in Beijing and finished in May.

Operation Flow

Micro sculpture requires a clear sketch structure from multiple angles, which is convenient for communication with 3D modelers. At the same time, 3D modelers also need to have a better understanding of human structure and muscle orientation

Inspiration

From the observation of the contemporary urban women in China: educated, independent and self-strengthening women in the city, whether it is self-cultivation study or appearance management, never lax mental outlook. Too feminine or too strong jewelry design is not enough to express, hope to design properly convey the distinctive works of these qualities.
