Production Technology

Design Challenge
90% of the product is imported Hungarian white goose down, which can better block the cold wind and satisfy the demands of lightweight, cozy, and attractive outdoor apparel for down jackets. The product has fill powers of 700+, 800mm of cleanliness, and 90%. To make sure the goose down is spotless and odor-free, many cleaning techniques are used simultaneously. They are safe for use by both children and the elderly.
Project Duration
This down jacket was upgraded and successfully launched in 2022.
Operation Flow
The external selection of soft, warm, and non-fleecy volcanic rock fabric can not only self-heat after 2 minutes, but also greatly improve the wind, water, and air permeability index. Even if a lot of heat is generated during exercise that can be easily dealt with, achieving super waterproof, lasting windproof, and highly breathable performance.
Research
The use of the British Coats Sylko Metallic and the German gold needle makes the product run smoothly and firmly, with good durability, comprehensiveness, and aesthetics. After more than 400 processes, the products maintain a high degree of unity and excellence from the inside out, both inside and outside. The cuffs are designed as gloves, which can be worn or carried with built-in straps to achieve diversified personality styles.

The overall black-gold embellishment with a glossy effect is both versatile and high-end.
