Production Technology
All stages of design and ideation until the production of each piece of the collection are done by hand. Therefore, this collection can be considered handmade. To make each one, first, the gold is melted, then it is poured into a mold so that it becomes a long wire and cools. Then this wire is turned into a belt in the rolling machine. The belts produced are shaped by hand using tools such as narrow tails. The final stage of polishing and tone sanding is performed to shine and polish. In the case of the ring, before the final finishing, the two sides are welded together.
Design Challenge
To be handmade, there were some challenging parts of production. The first challenge in manufacturing was finding the right thickness for the belt. Considering that they were made by hand and tools were used to create the overall form, the sleight had to be adjusted in such a way that the form and shape of the frequency were created smoothly and correctly. The final result about the thickness was 0.37mm. The second challenge was in the polishing stage. Polishing the curves and frequent twists of the parts requires more accuracy than flat surfaces.
Project Duration
The idea of theproject struck the mind of thedesigner in February 2022. In April 2022, designing of the collection started. The manufacturing process started in March 2022 with the making of the ring and finished in September 2022.

Research
Rumi is a poet and gnostic of the 12th century AD. He is known for his love for Shams Tabrizi which connected him to an ocean of truth. His Knowledge is famous among Iranians. Although he is acknowledged well as a poet, he can be considered among philosophers. One of his poems is named The Dance of Atoms. His poems affect all his readers and the designer was no exception. His interest in this piece by Rumi has forced him to create an artwork. This Collection is inspired by The Dance of Atoms.
Inspiration
A poem by Mohammad Jalaluddin Rumi inspires the Rumi collection. This gnostic was always acknowledged for his poems worldwide. The inspiring poem of this collection is named Dance of Atoms. Before introducing quantum physics, Rumi spoke of the frequent vibration of particles. In this poem, he talks about the vibration of particles in a mystical and literary way. He compares these particles and their frequent vibrations to the dance of the particles that make up the universe.
