It makes good use of the stereoscopic embroidery to present bright colors, making this combination look more visually attractive than before.

Design Challenge
The combination of metal parts and embroidered objects, seams, and how to make the final sewing part beautiful are some things that the whole team should brainstorm.
Project Duration
The project began in July 2018 and was completed in Tainan, Taiwan in March 2019, and having its first exhibition in biggest department store of Tainan, March 2019, and first week of May 2019 the Young Designers' Exhibition held in world trade center of Taipei.

Serve as a set of fashion accessories.
Research
Type of research: Incorporating into new thinking of this generation and making changes. The purpose is to transform traditional accessories into new faces, and make traditional craftsmanship revive again. Additionally, we could explore the possible combination of metalworking and embroidery techniques.
Inspiration
There all kinds of accessories in the market. Besides, each of them is full of specialty. Take the design which was set with metals and gems for example, although it seems to be traditional and even outdated, it is filled with a lot of great opportunities that can be combined with various of contemporary materials. On top of that, there’s another traditional handicraft that gradually disappears and lacks someone to inherit, that is, the embroidery. Similarly, it has inherited the spirit of traditions and techniques. It fully conveys a kind of mental thoughts that only can be reached by sewing every single needle or piece of thread.

XiuJin Fashion Accessories: Breaking Stereotypes with Metal and Embroidery Fusion
Award-winning designer ChungSheng Chen introduces XiuJin, a unique collection of fashion accessories that combines traditional metal craft with intricate embroidery, challenging the stereotypes of common metals and creating visually stunning pieces. Completed in Tainan, Taiwan in March 2019, the collection made its debut at the biggest department store in Tainan and was showcased at the Young Designers' Exhibition at the World Trade Center in Taipei in May 2019.
