The challenge of this project lay in crafting fresh designs that maintained the recognizable essence of Our Lady figures for the audience.

Operation Flow

Regarding wearability, the pieces function as regular necklaces to be worn around the neck, but they can also be used as bracelets by tying them around the wrist.

Research

My research delved into the most popular of Virgin Mary imagery, capturing their essence and visual elements, and reimagining them with my distinctive drawing style.

Inspiration

Inspired by a deep personal devotion to Virgin Mary, I crafted a contemporary jewelry collection that embodies exclusivity and style. Departing from generic mass-produced medals, I sought to infuse beauty and uniqueness into each design. I extensively explored the widely recognized imagery of Virgin Mary, capturing their fundamental characteristics and visual components, then interpreting them with my unique artistic approach.

Our Lady Collection Necklaces has been a Iron winner in the Jewelry Design award category in the year 2023 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition.
